Все отлично, но есть нюанс

Disadvantages:

Нюанс такой, при заселении была пожарная тревога и соответственно лифт не работал, пришлось подниматься на 12 этаж с вещами пешком. Через пару дней произошла такая же ситуация и опять пришлось подниматься пешком... Вина не арендодателя, но осадок остался. Из реальных косяков, громкий холодильник, мешает спать, но не критично.
